Refund

If your return is accepted, we will notify you by email. Your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an order is refunded and your order qualified for free shipping we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.

What makes it hassle-free? 

If you don't want to go through the process of returning the item, or wish to reduce carbon footprint, we are happy to provide a partial refund and you can keep the item. This saves cost and time for you.
