2. Return for a Refund

You may return your earplugs within 100 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus a $19.95 restocking fee, original shipping fees, and return shipping fees (unless exempted by law—see Regional Rights below).

Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition due to hygiene regulations.

To initiate a return, email support@earship.co for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. We’ll process your refund within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.

Damaged or Faulty Items
