The last thing standing between you and a full night's sleep is snoring. Not anymore.

You fell asleep fine. Then it started. Now you're lying awake at 2am - exhausted but wide awake, nudging them hoping they'll stop.

They never do. The band slips on, the rain starts, and the snoring disappears underneath.

Drowns out his snoring, not your alarm
Up to 35dB of rain, white noise, or podcasts sit over the snoring beneath. Alarms, crying children, and smoke detectors still come through clearly.

Speakers so thin you'll forget they're there
4mm flat speakers tucked inside soft fleece - no pressure on your ear when you roll onto your side, nothing falling out, nothing digging in.

Zero risk. 99-night guarantee.

Doesn't work for you? Full refund. No forms, no hassle, no risk.

Will I still be able to hear my alarm?

Yes. The band's speakers sit gently over each ear and play your chosen audio (rain, white noise, your podcast) at a low volume that masks the snoring, not the world around you.

On top of that, you can set a sleep timer on your chosen device, so the noise can stop, right before you wake up. So there'll be absolutely no doubt whether you can hear your alarm or not.

Additionally, you can have your alarm come through the speakers on the device itself, but aside from these points. Here's how it works when there's noise on all night.

Here's why it works: snoring lives in a narrow low frequency range, roughly 60 to 250 Hz. That rumbling, rasping, freight-train sound is what your brain refuses to ignore. The band's audio is tuned to sit directly over those frequencies. Higher-pitched sounds like your alarm, your phone vibrating, a child calling for you, or a smoke detector all sit well above that range and cut straight through.

You can also adjust the volume in real time using the buttons on the front of the band, so making it quieter or louder is a half-second tap away.

Are they comfortable for side sleepers?

Yes. Side sleepers were the priority audience when the band was designed, not an afterthought.

Most sleep headbands use chunky 8 to 10mm speakers that press into your ear within an hour of lying on your side. Ours are 4mm thick (about the thickness of three stacked credit cards) and sit flush inside soft fleece, so when you roll over there's no rigid disc digging into your ear cartilage.

Unlike traditional over the ear, or in the ear headphones. These are specifically designed to not only sleep in them, but specifically be incredibly comfortable for side sleepers.

The band itself rotates freely on your head if you change positions during the night, so the speakers stay where they need to be. The fabric is a breathable fleece-cotton blend that doesn't trap heat or bunch up against the pillow, even for hot sleepers.

How do I use them?

Three quick steps.

1. Charge it. Plug it in via the included USB-C cable for around 2 hours before first use. Red LED means charging, green means full.

2. Pair it. Hold the centre button for 3 seconds to turn it on, then open Bluetooth on your phone. The band appears as EARSHIP Sleep Band. Tap to connect.

3. Press play. Open whatever you want to listen to (Spotify, YouTube, a meditation app, your phone's built-in white noise) and start it. Set the volume just loud enough to mask the snoring. A low murmur is plenty.

The audio sits over the snoring so your brain stops noticing it. They keep snoring. You don't hear it. Most people are asleep within ten minutes the first time they try it.

What's your money-back guarantee?

If you're not sleeping better within 99 nights, we'll refund you - no risk, no forms, no hassle. Just contact our team and we'll sort it the same day.

We offer 99 nights because we're confident enough in Earship to give you three full months to decide.

Real sleep improvement takes a few nights to settle in - we don't think it's fair to give you a 30-day window and
call it a guarantee.

Less than 1% of customers ever ask. The other 99% are sleeping through the night and haven't looked back.

How long does the battery last?

10 hours of continuous playback on a single charge. That's comfortably more than a full night's sleep, even if you fall asleep with audio playing and don't pause it until morning.

Charging takes around 2 hours via the included USB-C cable. Any USB-C port works (phone charger, laptop, plug adapter).

Most people top theirs up every 2 to 3 nights while they're getting ready in the morning, so it's never something you have to think about.

There's a small LED on the inside of the band that shows battery level when you turn it on. Green is full, amber is half, red flashing means under 10% and time to charge.

Do they work for all types of snoring?

Snoring sits mostly in the low frequencies, between 60 and 250 Hz. That's the rumbling, rasping, freight-train sound your brain finds impossible to ignore.

The band's audio masking is tuned to sit directly over those frequencies, so heavy snorers, light snorers, mouth-breathers, and rib-shakers all get drowned out without you needing to crank the volume up.

If your partner is one of the rare extreme cases (think 90+ dB, more chainsaw than person), the band on its own will reduce the snoring dramatically but might not erase it entirely. That's exactly what the Sleep Band + Sleep Plugs bundle is built for. The plugs cut 26dB at the source, the band's audio masks whatever's left.

Either way, you've got 99 nights to test it.

You love him in the morning. At 3am - less so.

Snoring, Silenced.

Slip the band on. Find your sound (rain, white noise, the podcast you've been meaning to listen to) and press play.

The audio plays over the snoring, and your brain stops latching onto the rumbling.

Within ten minutes you're asleep. Within twenty, you've forgotten they were ever loud.

All while being actually comfortable to lay in bed with, and side sleep in.

30 nights in. 1,200 partners surveyed. Here's what changed.

You've spent years measuring sleep in fragments. Wake at 1. Wake at 3. Doze through the alarm. Cup of coffee, repeat. We asked 1,200 customers what 30 nights with the band changed for them. Three numbers stood out.

92%

fall asleep faster, even when their partner is mid-snore

89%

sleep through the entire night without waking

91%

no longer sleep in separate bedrooms

Share a bed again.

First you stopped sleeping. Then somewhere in there, you stopped liking each other in the mornings. The snoring was never their fault, but after enough nights, the resentment crept in anyway.

The sleep band changes that. Not by changing them. By changing what you hear. Same bed. No nudging. No quiet resentment over breakfast.

Designed for sleep.

If you've tried falling asleep with AirPods in, you already know how that ends. They fall out by 3am. They hurt when you roll over. The battery's flat by sunrise.

Over-ear headphones are worse. You can't side-sleep with a can pressed into your pillow.

The band was built for the opposite job. Lying on your side. Soft audio. Eight hours straight.

The speakers are 4mm thick, around three credit cards stacked. Soft fleece either side. Breathable cotton-fleece fabric, machine washable. Battery lasts ten hours, charges in two over USB-C. The buttons sit on the front, so you can find them in the dark.

Earship vs the rest

If you've been trying to sleep through your partner's snoring with AirPods that fall out by 3am, or over-ear headphones that pin your head to the pillow, you've been using the wrong tool.

Music headphones aren't built for lying on your side for eight hours. The phone speaker on your nightstand isn't loud enough next to your ear. Foam earplugs block your alarm.

The band was built for one specific job. Falling asleep next to a snorer. Staying asleep until morning. Comfortable on your side. Eight hours straight.

I'm a side sleeper and have tried everything. Foam plugs (painful), AirPods (fall out), white noise machine (still hear him). The band sits flat against my ear so I genuinely don't feel it. The 4mm thing is real. Three months in and I'm sleeping through the night for the first time since we got married.

Sleep Divorce OVER!! We slept in separate rooms for 4 years. I told myself it was fine. It wasn't fine. We weren't fine. Bought this on a whim after seeing an ad and now we sleep together again. I cried the first morning we woke up next to each other. Sounds dramatic but its been 4 years.

didnt expect a sleep headband to be this soft. wear it every night. forget its on most of the time. only complaint is i wish it came in colours other than black 😅 Love the fact I can play my rain sounds or podcasts through it too!

I'm an engineer, THIS, actually works. Spent the last decade trying various noise solutions for my partner's snoring (yes, multiple decades, I'm old). The audio masking principle works because snoring lives at 60-250Hz and the band's audio sits over those frequencies. Anyway, the engineering is sound and so am I now. 9 hours of sleep last night.

ive been sleeping with airpods for years. they fall out, they hurt by 3am, the battery dies, and the case lights up if you accidentally open it. this band is just better in every single way. why did no one make this sooner

Good for people who sleep hot. I overheat easily and was nervous about anything around my head. The fleece breathes properly even when we have the heating on full blast. No sweaty forehead. Bonus: looks slightly less mad than wearing a bobble hat to bed.

Started with just the band. Worked great for normal nights. But my husband does this thing where he gets like really loud after a few drinks. Bought the plugs to add. With both? Genuinely cannot hear him. Bundle is the move

Pulled it down over my eyes on a flight to Sydney last month. Slept for 7 hours which is unheard of for me on planes. The audio AND the blackout combo is unbeatable. It's a sleep band first but its also the best eye mask I've owned!

I can still hear my alarm! this was my biggest worry but yes the alarm comes through perfectly fine. so does the smoke detector battery beep that went off at 4am one night which lol but you can adjust the volume on the band itself if you need to.

Not cheap, but compared to the £2k we spent looking into separate rooms with our builder, the math is on this thing's side. Three months in, no regrets, sleeping properly for the first time in months.

When I'm not feeding the baby my husband's snoring keeps me up. Four nights with the band and I'm getting solid 4-hour stretches between feeds again. That's basically a holiday at this stage of my life.

My husband has had untreated sleep apnea for 11 years. He's working on it but in the meantime I was either nudging him constantly (bad for him, bad for me) or sleeping on the sofa (very bad for my back). The band lets me sleep next to him without the constant disruption. He's still snoring. I'm still next to him. We're both better rested. Genuine relief..

The band itself is brilliant. Sleep through the night, side sleep no problem, can hear my alarm, all great. Only thing is the charging cable is quite short so I have to leave it dangling on the floor. Minor though

didn't realise how much resentment I'd built up until it stopped. I used to lie there at 3am quietly seething every night. The band gave me back my sleep and somehow that gave us back our relationship. We've started having morning coffee together again because I'm not exhausted. It's small but it isn't.

Took 5 working days to arrive (was promised 2-3) so a bit of a slow start. But the product itself is really good. Once it actually got here. Bluetooth pairing was instant, fabric is soft, sleep is better. 4 stars only because of the delivery.

Best podcast experience I've ever had. I'm a podcast addict and used to fall asleep with one earbud in and it would inevitably fall out and the case would die etc. Now I listen to my whole queue at night with the band. The sound is good enough for talk content (don't expect HiFi). Drift off, audio keeps playing, all good.
