At Earship, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. We partner with premium global logistics carriers to ensure your SnoreSilence™ Sleep Plugs arrive safely and efficiently.

1. Processing Time

  • Order Verification: All orders are sent to our warehouse for verification within 24 hours after the order is placed.

  • Dispatch: Once verified, our team picks, packs, and hands over your package to the carrier. This process typically takes 1–2 business days.

  • Please note: Orders placed on Friday afternoons, weekends, or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

2. Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

  • Note: These are estimated delivery times. While we work hard to meet these windows, factors such as local postal delays or peak seasonal volumes can occasionally cause minor variations.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order. You will be able to review the final shipping price before completing your purchase.

4. No Unexpected Fees (DDP Shipping)

We ship all orders DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

  • What this means for you: All applicable import taxes, duties, and customs fees are covered by Earship or included in the total price you pay at checkout.

  • You will not be asked to pay any additional fees to the courier upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

5. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

  • Tracking Updates: Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking number to become active in the courier's system.

  • Occasionally, tracking may not show immediate updates as the package moves between our international logistics partners and your local carrier (e.g., Royal Mail, USPS). This is normal and does not mean your package is lost.

  • You can track your order status at any time on our website.

6. Lost or Missing Packages

Earship is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please verify your shipping information carefully at checkout.

  • If you realize you made an error, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update it.

  • If your tracking status reads "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it is still missing, contact our support team.
